Commercial Invoice
A document created by the seller that contains important details about the goods being shipped, including the product description, quantity, unit value, and total value. Customs officials use this document to determine any applicable duties and taxes.
Shipping Label:
A label affixed to each package or container, which contains important details such as the shipper's address, recipient's address, and a tracking barcode for shipment identification and tracking.
Certificate of Origin
A document that certifies the origin country of the goods being exported. Some countries may require this document for customs clearance or for determining tariffs and trade policies.
Insurance Certificate
A document issued by an insurance provider that confirms the insurance coverage for the goods being transported. This provides evidence that the shipment is protected against potential loss or damage during transit.

Dangerous Goods Declaration
A document that provides detailed information about any dangerous goods included in the shipment, such as the type, quantity, packaging, and proper handling instructions. This document is essential for ensuring the safe transport of hazardous materials.
Mandatory: Required for dangerous goods shipment
Bill of Lading (B/L)
A legally binding document that outlines the agreement between the shipper (the person sending the goods) and the carrier (the company responsible for transporting the goods). The B/L acts as a receipt of goods, a contract of carriage, and a document of title for the goods being transported.
Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI)
A document provided by the shipper that contains specific instructions for the carrier regarding documentation, shipping, and delivery requirements. An SLI helps ensure that the shipment is handled according to the shipper's specifications.

Great stories have a personality. Consider telling a great story that provides personality. Writing a story with personality for potential clients will assist with making a relationship connection. This shows up in small quirks like word choices or phrases. Write from your point of view, not from someone else's experience.
Great stories are for everyone even when only written for just one person. If you try to write with a wide, general audience in mind, your story will sound fake and lack emotion. No one will be interested. Write for one person. If it’s genuine for the one, it’s genuine for the rest.
